Red Velvet anniversary cake

Tonight I made a red velvet heart shaped cake with cream cheese frosting and then I made a batch of marshmallow fondant using the recipe I posted on an earlier blog. The cake is crumb coated and the fondant is in the fridge to sit over night. When I wake up going to dye the fondant red or pink and then decorate the cake. Trying to decide what to do with the design, going to keep it basic. Some hearts, our names and then anniversary date. Maybe a bow since I haven't done a bow on a cake recently. I will post pictures tomorrow when I finish it! I can't wait to make the baby shower cake and then the topsy turvy 2 or 3 tier hot pink and animal print cake I am making for fun to use in my portfolio. =)
