My next personal project between business projects....

My room=) I don't know why in my own home my room is always the last room to get hooked up and many would say what are you talking about your room looks great, well it is nice but the furniture is way to big for the space. Our old home had a much wider layout when I picked out the current furniture we have and then I have always loved the blue and brown color scheme but I have managed to incorporate that into the living/dinning room now and my bathroom is that color scheme so it's time for a change. I want my bedroom to be relaxing, romantic, elegant and dramatic. I love asian and moroccan decor when it comes to accessories but bedding I like deep purples, blues, tans and black with some brown, saw a great headboard cause the plain is to get rid of the big wood four poster bed we have and get a gorgeous fabric upholstered, tufted headboard. Something silk, suede or micro fiber. I have seen so many that I like picking one will be hard, then I want 2 night stands we only had room for one in our last room and since this room is long and narrow I can now fit two, then a long dresser with tv mounted on the wall like we have now, then a tall dresser for additional storage and a small armoire for linens. I would also like a chair to match the headboard but wing backed and elegant. I have some amazing lanterns my mom got me that I plan to hang above on of the nightstands and I have found a bedding set I kind of have fallen in love with. I have an animal print obsession it is my new neutral like I always say and lots of bling and silver worldly inspired accents. I got a great rug that is brown spotted animal print and the bedding set I found has the same style print for the sheets and looks amazing with the velvet accent pillows, silk and tapestry pillows with the paisley pattern on comforter. I think the dark plum purples are elegant and romantic for the bedroom. Posting some pictures of the bedding I like and will post photos of headboards I so am in love with later this week. It is time to wrap up my patio and finish the curtains then strip my room get that furniture sold cause in a few months I plan to buy a new sectional sofa and ottomans for living room so I need to get this bedroom done before I once again get involved in work and doing another room in our house and my room falls to the bottom.
